How to use the Learners Hub

The Learner Hub is your main learning area on Citizens Academy. It is where you can find the courses, communities and resources that are available to you.

What you can find in the Learner Hub

Depending on what you have enrolled in, your Learner Hub may include:

• Your courses

• Learning resources

• Community spaces

• Events or activities

• Messages or updates

• Links to continue your learning

Think of the Learner Hub as your home page for learning.

Opening the Learner Hub

After you log in you will be taken to the Learner Hub.

The Learner Hub compeises of:

• My Courses

• Explore Courses

• Community

• Events

• DMs

Finding your course

Inside the Learner Hub, click My Courses to continue with the courses you have enrolled on to.

If you are enrolled in more than one course, you may see several course cards listed.

Otherwise, click Explore Courses to search our course catalogue look for the course you want to start.

Select the course title or image to open it.

Using the Learner Hub with confidence

You do not need to complete everything at once. The Learner Hub is there to help you return to your learning when you are ready.

You can log out and come back later. When you log in again, your learning should still be available.

Learning at your own pace

You do not have to rush. You can pause, rewatch videos, reread information and return to lessons when needed.
