How do I log in to Citizens Academy using Single Sign-On?

Single Sign-On, also known as SSO, allows you to access Citizens Academy using an existing account, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google or Apple. This means you do not need to create a separate password for Citizens Academy.

Step 1: Go to the Citizens Academy login page

Open the Citizens Academy website and select Sign In or Log In.

Step 2: Choose your preferred Single Sign-On option

On the login page, choose the account you want to use to sign in. This may be LinkedIn, Facebook, Google or Apple.

Step 3: Sign in to your chosen account

You will be redirected to the sign-in page for the option you selected. Enter your usual login details for that account.

Step 4: Confirm access

You may be asked to confirm that Citizens Academy can use your selected account to sign you in.

Step 5: Access your Learner Hub

Once your login is confirmed, you will be returned to Citizens Academy and taken to your Learner Hub, where you can access your courses, learning materials and community spaces.

Having trouble logging in?

Make sure you select the same sign-in option you used when you first created your Citizens Academy account. For example, if you originally signed up using Google, continue to log in using Google.
